Alvah coat hangers look and feel as it they've been made by craftsmen from olden days. In fact, even though the latest technology is used, man and his ability make all the difference in a quality product. Special attention is paid when making up the coat hangers to match the grain and shading of the wood as closely as possible. Alvah coat hangers are treated with a special moisture-repellent and anti-yellowing substance and are varnished with non cracking polyurethane lacquers. Each stage in their production takes place in specially controlled enviroments at set temperatures and humidity levels to guard the wood against alteration.
